We recommend placing your order at least 48-72 hours in advance for most products. For large or custom celebration cakes, we recommend 1 week advance notice.
We can adapt some recipes for gluten-free or dairy-free options. For vegan options, please contact us to discuss possibilities. Please note that we work in a kitchen that processes gluten, nuts and dairy.
All our cakes should be stored in the refrigerator at 4-6°C. We recommend taking them out 30 minutes before serving for best flavour and texture. Best consumed within 2-3 days.
Yes, you can add a personalised message of up to 40 characters on most of our cakes. Indicate your message when placing the order and we will write it with care.
