Our Story

I am Marta, an artisan pastry chef of Polish origin based in Serra, Valencia. My passion for baking comes from my grandmother, who taught me the art of making cakes and pastries with real ingredients: European butter, fresh eggs, natural vanilla.

Every creation that comes out of my kitchen takes hours of work and all my love. I do not use premixes or artificial preservatives. Everything is made by hand, slowly, as it used to be done.

La Casita del Limón was born from the dream of sharing this Central European tradition with my Valencian neighbours. Today, from my small kitchen, I bake celebration cakes, fruit pastries and homemade treats that bring the taste of home to your tables.

Every order is unique. We talk with you, adapt flavours, sizes and decoration, and bake with only your celebration in mind.

We are not a factory. I am one person baking slowly, with no premixes or preservatives, just as it was done in my grandmother’s home.
